Default staking down structure in current

I saw some guys talking about keeping structure still in rivers and areas with current.
    Here is what we do.

Insert a piece of PVC pipe in the bucket of concrete with a hole at the bottom so the PVC acts as a collar running thru the center.

Insert 8-10 stalks of bushy bamboo tips or whatever you use into the concrete around the pvc pipe, let it dry

Take an 8 or 9' piece of bamboo stalk (stout) and drive it thru the collar at the time of sinking with stake driver.

I usually drive the stake 5' into the mud and let 3 or 4' stick up above the pvc collar.

These are in 15ft of water in the river, staked down. Works great.

    Hope this helps someone.
