I have an Bravetti,it is something like a fry daddy,it came from HSN. I fryed anything want too fry in it and it does a great job,has the temp & time,read out in digital numbers. Mind is just a single basket,if bought another one would looked at the double basket type.

Also bought a electric turkey fryer from QVC and it would be a Masterbuilt. Now this one does a great job on a turkey,it has a big round basket be able too put lot of fillets in at one time. You can also used it for boiling corn or anything else want to boiled. I like both of these but you would have to decide what you want and what you need. I would reccomend either. Hope this help.
