Fish Fry

Thanks for the moral support---Nervous? Some folks get butterflies in their stomach--
I have B-52's running around! Nah-not really--Too darn old to get nervous anymore. LOL

Well we pulled it off--35 pounds or better of fish! Only complaint we had was when it ran out! :) :eek: Served about 250 guys and gals. Variety of dishes ranging from Buffalo to dove. Thanks to everyone for your suggestions and support!

Looks like you'll had fun! I love wild game suppers. Is that the Elkhorn Creek in the background? Maybe "Forks of Elkhorn" area?

Yes--One of the best smallmouth creeks around Central Ky. Parking lot of BuckRun Church. Nice location for a fish fry

Every year I do a fish fry for about 20 guys. The first year I did 200 and they jokingly said next year you need to bring 400. So I brought 400 fillets (Blue gill and Crappie) I use Drakes and Canola Oil god eating
