    Default Fish Fry HELP

    I've been volunteered to be the official fish fryer for a large group.
    (??)
    I'll have at my disposal two fish fryer's but need to know how much oil to get as well as fish batter. I'll be using Andy's fish mix. Looks like we are going to have around 35 lbs of fish to fry.
