Fillet strip appetizers
I used to have a recipe where you would cut bream or other fish fillets into strips, boil them for a short period of time (until just cooked so they will be firm), throw them into iced water to stop the cooking and then eat them with cocktail sauce. They tasted a lot like shrimp. I had seen it in some outdoor magazines, but I have lost it. Do any of you have a recipe like this? I would sure like to see one.
