    Default Home Made Potato Chips

Can any body tell me how to cook home made potato chips?

I can't get them all crispy, and some are just plain soggy.

Oil temp., time, draining method, etc.

    Thanks, Everybody

I drop them in the oil for a minute. Then take them out. And allow them to sit in the basket for 2 or 3 minutes. Then put the basket of chips back down in the oil. and they come out good that way.

375-400 degrees, peanut oil, cast iron and minutes in the oil or until the chip is golden or floats
