    Default recipe ideas needed

I am 32, too young for the problems I found this weekend. So, it was a wake up call. I was in the hospital and found I have high blood pressure (went with 196/127, and a pulse of 127), found a hernia while I was there, and came home with bronchitis. Well, I am an AVID crappie fisherman. Sucks not to be able to eat fried crappie.

So, what I ask, is that I am needing any recipe that is not fried, and doesn't use salt. I know it limits it, but they have to be out there. I can substitute many things for butter and salt.

So, give me your best. I don't know what to do with it, and I catch too many crappie not to eat them.

I thank you, and my wife thanks you.

I have baked them in a baking dish covered with foil.

put in filets sliced tomatoes and sliced squash, sliced onion . or other vegies.

put in butter , olive oil , or other healthy oil, coconut oil is good.

    sprinkle with lemon pepper, garlic,

cook on 375 deg. f for about 20 minutes or till the fish flakes with a fork.
