    Because it was a case of the , let's do some bluegill tacos tonight .....

    That's some fine 'Gill Fillets. Well done on the construction, that's what I look for making mine but I don't exactly achieve it every time.

    them there stainless steel taco holders are the stuff bro .....
    not terribly expensive and one side does 2 tacos and one side does 3 .....
    we use them when we build tacos to simplify the build ....

    I have a set but your Tacos just look great. When we go out to lunch my Bride's plates always look more interesting and appetizing than mine. Maybe it one of those syndromes; "The plate across the table always looks better syndrome" or something like that.

    We did some soft tacos in ground venison this last week, they were right up beside them bluegill tacos nose to nose on the finish line….just saying
