Cold Weather Working Man's Breakfast & Lunch

It is cold, the wind makes it very cold, cutting cold. Time for a Working Man's Breakfast!



Yukon Gold Potatoes diced, fried crisp but creamy inside, covered in grated Sharp Cheddar cheese. Chicken Sausage from Sam's Club and 2 fried Eggs.



A monster Carne Asada Burrito, rice & beans, and a salad for lunch. This Burrito is Huge. I cleaned the plate and a basket of chips too. Worked all day here in the cold but I didn't feel it.

You have to eat if your going to keep pace with me. I had to snack before bed last night as my stomach was growling like a pack of Coyotes.

Stop it. I’m dieting. I’ve lost 35 lbs. but I can look at that burrito and gain 4 lbs from a looking.

A body in motion needs fuel. Your visit I'm in one building when I'm usually motoring all over the property. I'm on a mission this year to have all projects and repairs done by April 1st. April 1st on, trips to your neck of the woods will be a priority. April 10 almost 2 years ago we got smoked by that tornado and it really has cut into fishing on The Rez. I did all that Camper work and have made 3-4 trips to The Rez to use it since.
