    Default Tonight’s science experiment

    What could go wrong, right?
A well-trimmed up whole deer neck.
Heavily seasoned. Peppers, a stick of butter, and a cough-cough PREMIUM beer. Assembled by a moderately intoxicated Hillbilly.
I’m not sure exactly where I’m even going with this. But I bet it’ll be decent to good, and it will for sure get et. On low, going to bed. See what tomorrow brings![ATTACH][emoji6][emoji[emoji6][emoji6]][/ATTACH]

That's the way all the locals here cooked when I moved from New Orleans 35 years ago. Everyone had a Crockpot going in the kitchen. We all worked then too, no time to tend a stove.

Just pulled it apart and made little sandwiches with kings Hawaiian rolls. Thanks for the reminder on those Roho, I’d forgotten how good they are!

I grilled some homemade sweet heat Italian sausage today and a couple of links went in King's Hawaiian Hot Dog buns. Yum!
