    Default Cheeseburger Cheeseburger Cheeseburger Pizza

I've been wanting to make a Cheeseburger Pizza for a long time and today was the day.

Made the same crust but didn't proof in the drawer till it was stretched. This made the crust really rise around the edges.

I seasoned the Hamburger patties with the Kinders seasoning blend before grilling.

While the burgers were cooking I made a simple sauce. I did 1 part yellow mustard to 2 parts mayonnaise to 3 parts ketchup.

I carefully added the sauce to the uncooked crust, spreading it evenly out close to the edge. My goal was to have un-coated crust around the edge.

Now building the pizza purple onions went on first. I put twice as much as I usually do.

Now for the Hamburger. After cooking I chopped 3 patties up and loaded as much as I thought the crust would hold onto the crust.

The local Pizza shop puts a lot of Dill Pickles on the Pizzas we purchased so I did the same. Before adding the cheese I seasoned the entire pizza with the Kinder's seasoning.

Now for the cheese Sharp Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses was used because that's what we are use to.

Into a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes.

The crust rose magnificently. Pre-cooking the Hamburger on the grill was another home run. Skipping mushrooms on this pizza was another plus. Eat 3 slices of this pizza and you're ready for a nap.

Yes, sir, that'll eat nicely there. Nice presentation too. Well done indeed!
