Decided a different Pizza needed trying so using the same crusts I have been making for all the other pizzas today I made this Pizza.
It is a interesting pizza as a layer of seasoned Ricotta cheese was spread over the crust first. The Ricotta has a large minced toe of Garlic, a little heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, Black pepper, Cayenne pepper, Greek Olive oil, & almost a tablespoon Dried Basil but not quite. Then way more than I would have thought it needed fresh seasoned Baby Spinach was added. It is almost 4 cups pressed worth of spinach. I sliced fresh Mushrooms to add next followed by shredded Mozzarella cheese. Baked for 20 minutes at 450 degrees. Next time I make this I will do a full write-up.
Before serving I added some more of the seasoned Baby Spinach. It was seasoned with a very nice Greek Olive Oil (sold at Walmart) salt & black pepper then tossed well. Oh my it's good.
