what beats a hand , of deep-dish baked mac and cheese and nice fat bolt sammitch for lunch ?
not much for sure
of course the mac and cheese takes some time , but the ending is worth it no doubt about it
the recipe is as follows , buy the mac and cheese ready to roll at Sam's club ....
cook it hard , covered in aluminum foil ,at about 375 for an hour , and let it rest uncovered in there for another 15 or so , the BLT is somewhat self-explanatory , slow cook that bacon in a cast iron skillet under a bacon press on a medium low heat until it hits your desired level of done ....
the sour dough bread and dill pickle slice are optional , but it does give it a nice level of mmmmmm good
enjoy and repeat as needed ....
