    Default When crappie die

They do not go to heaven ,
they do though, sometimes taste quite heavenly ....just saying
in this episode of hurry up and make some dinner.
Me went off the boat a bit....had 6 filets screaming from their watery grave in the fridge
gave them a farm egg bath after a quick shower rinse
gave them a pat down in our "mix" (panko, cornmeal, con select spices)
put em on a lightly oiled pan and baked them 20 minutes or so at 350 .....
    the removed when crispy ...
BUT here is the off the rails part of this train .....
had a cup or so of left over white rice in the fridge
added 1/3 cup greek plain yogurt and a touch of water , some oregano, garlic powder ,salt , black pepper and zoomed said stuff in the microwave a bit ....
interesting concoction for sure , slightly tart and kinda creamy ....
pretty darn tasty with fish laid on a bed of it for sure , a wedge of lemon and a small side of some leftover Cole slaw.
this dish was for sure in the wow category of good food ....
not the norm , but it is on that there list for play it again sam ....just saying
    KABOOM is near btw
p.s. no food items survived this adventure

The Greek Yogurt is putting me off. I make a bit of real Greek Foods and know Dolmade's dipped in Lemon Ziti is good eating so you must have a little Greek in the gene pool.
