    Default We cooked some crappie


    scaled filets with the skin on them .
    sure are curly rascals that way .
    scored the filets a bit and then .
    into the egg ,then dry mix , then pan , then a tad of smoky daddy and ....
    a squeeze of lime before they hit the heat
    about 15 minutes at 375 or so and then ....
    its all about to get consumed
    the slaw was homemade and the cilantro rice as well
    and we toasted a few garlic buttered baguettes on the side
    had 2 nice lunches left over and enjoyed the dinner bigtime
    so just when ya thunk we never kill no crappie and eat them .....
    ya might have been mistaken

    btw yawl , the rice was really tasty
    and the fish and the bread too...
    but let me just say this about that ,,,,,
    THE SLAW was just totally DIVINE if you're a fresh slaw person
