Thread: sometimes the best intentions

The plan was simple , let's do some crappie tacos .
Let's bake them this go instead of frying them.
so we cut the filets into strips .....and....
Then it began , should we do crispy shells or soft tortillas ?
maybe we should do both ?
I want soft and she wants crispy and then she wants soft and then .....
let's JUST never mind and eat the dang things right off the plate !
So I made some fresh Cole slaw as they baked and added a few sides ....
made me some hot ketchup/cocktail sauce and began to consume .....
and then there it went ....
bye bye the intent to do some crappie tacos .....
whoops my bad ....
