rubbed liberally with concoction of Everglades cactus dust, five spice and Montreal steak seasonings. High heat, bit of olive oil in pan 20/30 sec each side than str8 to freezer for 10 min before slicing.
japanese bbq sauce mixed with chunky chili oil for dipping.
