Mullinsb2000, you can, yes, but add and melt 1/2 stick of butter in the cooked ground beef. What this does is allow the flour to stick to the meat better, allowing a bit more flour, then a little more milk, which equates to more gravy for the milk. Just a trick to stretch the gravy so to speak. And your more than welcome for the recipe.
Over the coarse of 16 years of being a cook, I personally have made ground beef so much, that recipe is instilled in my brain, no recipe card needed. And Thank You for your service...
