Make em fit the pan
only a quarter lb. or so of pan sausage left
not enough for the big cast iron
so just form them nicely, so to make them 2 fat patties fit the small pan
pan sausage ,easy over eggs and toast , it truly don't get much better ....
add salsa if you deem it so ....
not terribly complicated , just saying
