This is just too close a coincidence, I followed my wife to get new tires on her car yesterday and after dropping it off we went to IHop for breakfast. Well yesterday was National Pancake Day and they had a Chocolate Chip Pancake with Strawberries on top. We both looked at each other and said that would be awesome. While I read the news from overnight she checked King Arthur Flour's website for a specialized mix just for kicks ( She can make it without a mix). No mix was available so she was planning on finding a recipe this morning.
