we twice bake the potatoes , they are done when they go on the fire , we just crispy the skin over the pecan fire
we wrap the corn on the cob in its husk to keep it moist and "steam it in the foil so it is not dry and the husks seem to "sweeten" its finish taste wise .
the chops just had a bit of salt ,onion powder and garlic powder on them and were 4 minutes per side or so over about 350 to 400 .....
in the end the plate of the finished products is what one would call "memorable" eats FOR SURE .....
