    Default Steak and eggs

I had a bone in ribeye and the wife had a New
York strip. Paired that with some double yolk eggs from the spoiled hens that we keep. Cooked to tender perfection on the blackstone griddle. Used Wayu beef talo for the oil on the steak. It smelled awesome cooking tasted beefier than normal as well. Definitely was some fine eats. Sadly some how the photo of the steaks glitched and came out black. Name: 20230806_180339.jpg

I can't say I have ever seen Beef Tallow in a jar for sale. That's pretty cool.
