I first learned of the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich in restaurant Downtown, I think D.H. Holmes had it but may have been a different store but on Canal Street in New Orleans. 1980 or so, I was printing etching with some local French Quarter Artists and they turned me on to them. I've been almost possessed by them ever since. Like Pizza, there is NO bad Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and I certainly would love to bend both elbows shoving your in my mouth. Looks great.
