Thread: BUFFALO crispy tacos

yep yep , was given some ground buffalo the other day .
tried to decide what it might end up as ....
crispy tacos is how it turned out and YES they were rather tasty , very lean and pretty much a couldn't tell what it was kind of flavor.
somewhere between venison and beef would be an ok description
probably wouldn't buy it as I think it's pricey , but when they pop up on the side of the road here the last few years giving away literally a month's worth of food , we sometimes roll thru along with all the Acuras, Benzs, BMW and other pricey rides and let them fill up our little red honda too .....
we are typically the cheapest ride in line btw, go figure right .....
it is not like they are feeding the needy for sure
you only say how many are in your family and they pop your hatchback and load it up .
strange but true , not just a little food either , beans ,rice, vegetables, fruit, meat,eggs and the list goes on .
