I used Ketchn steak taco recipe. I had to substitute, no skirt steak to m
be had. I used a then cut steak on the grill over 600 degree heat. Rendered fats, gave some crispy crunchy bits as well.. very good as taco. We ate all we wished and still quite a bit remaimed. When I got home I started some brown gravy,chopped the leftover steakup , added beef broth and let it all simmer until the mashed tatters were done. Married those together liberally.
