I will ask around some . when we did a something er other red pork carnitas thing a while back ,the spices came from a little mexico spot over in that part of town as they are not readily available in the rest of the dfw area best I can tell ya ....
they have lots of "meat markets" though and carry the already marinated beef , chicken and possibly pork as well ...
