temp about the same , i try to keep it around 275 , 1 hour smoke 2 hours wrapped , careful when you try to take it out , it will be flat full of liquid

and upon placement ,wrapping and removal , I might mention VERY gently as it will spill the veggies out both ends if not handled gently
