Good looking plate of Nachos! We also eat a lot of fish and game at our house. I got a Nesco Digital Pressure Canner last year. I pressure canned 2 deer and 5 or 6 wild hogs using quart jars. Its amazing how good and tender the canned meat is. I vacuum packed and froze the back straps and tenderloins and ground all the scraps into burger. Its been over a month since we made Nachos...You have inspired me to make some next week.
