Thread: fried filets

I have made codfish (fried and balled up) with a remoulade sauce.. Its awesome but would it work with crappie?

I see those fish tacos, thought I would put out there a receipe for a white sauce, 1 part mayo, 1 part sour cream, 1 part plain yogurt and spoon in salsa until it's a little pink, stir chill, and serve on taco with shredded cabbage and lime, I think you will be crazy for tacos.
