I have had a kamado Joe for going on 4 years. I absolutely love it. I use it about 3 or 4 times a week year round hot or cold it doesn't matter. I have used the warranty twice so far. Both was my mistakes and they replaced with no questions asked. Warranty claim was quick turnaround both times less than 10 days from claim to new part arriving in mail. Im hoping to purchase another one soon for my lake house.
