She got home from the road this Morning, 0700 appt to unload, picked her up where she parks at about 1130 am. Dinner tonight is Baked stuffed Cornish Hens, Real mashed red potatoes w/ the skins, Broccoli with garlic butter. Now that stuffing is made with some home made Cajun Sausage...MMMMM Good. I am treating her to dinner. And almost forgot, Some good gravy...made from the drippings of the birds...
