Well coating the bread with the Mayo wasn't much affecting the sauce get leaked from my Air Fryer. It might be possible that it was due to the failure of the product that my reciepe wasn't made quickly. I have read several blog like this one

i need to get one

Glad I ran across this post. I have an air fryer and have used it for Tilapia but never Crappie. Will try it as soon as I can get back on the water and catch some. Thanks for the post.

Well, my better half came home with one of these on Black Friday. So far we have only tried chicken & fries in it but they were very good. I'll be trying some crappie soon.

We got one this past weekend. Going to try it out on some chicken tenders tonight, then maybe some crappie later in the week.
