Thread: My wife found

a new batter. Walmart's Beer Batter. It was amazingly good with the kind of crust I've always looked for but never found. Once the oil was at temperature in the deep fryer- the result was no oily fingers. They've got a cajun beer batter we'll try next.

You're welcome-I should've thought to post the name initially. All she did was add the beer. So simple, no milk or egg-just beer.
