Thread: fish chowder

Catfish??? All I make out of catfish is garden fertilizer. Very similar to green carps

I've used Halibut - there are many recipes if you google. Here is one. I would add the fish at the very end as it will nearly "Flash cook"

Also, it would be good in this - and you can add Shrimp if you like

I've made it also with Halibut in the past, Catfish will only cook quicker. Good luck, enjoy, don't think you can go wrong either way.
