DITTO! DITTO! DITTO! :D We just leave 'em in a pan covered with a paper towel on the back of the stove and they dont last long. Nothing at all wrong with just plain cold fried fillets. YUM!! Now I gotta go to the freezer and set a mess out for supper.Quote:

i eat till im going to explode,then take a break,and when a feel the slightist bit of room i eat some more.but if i do have some left over ,take melted butter over filet,sprinkle with blackening powder lightly ,then putem on the george forman for a few min. Bam, blacked fish just like red lobster,only better.

Leftovers??!! Well, sometimes. I like em on a samich. A little tarter sauce, hot sauce, pickles and BAM! What samich!!
Left over what??????? I normally try my best to make sure there's no fish left before I leave the table, but if they are some left I do like gabowman. I wrap them up in a paper towel and have a little snack later on. :)

I`ll fry up a bunch and let everyone else eat then throw the rest in the micro to cool.. then about ten at night I`ll be itchin for my McCrappie sammich ! I`ll use the leftover homemade tartesauce (diced sweet pickls, some pickljuice and salt pepper and MIRACLE WHIP) and a slice of cheese. mmmmmmmmmmmm

crumble'em up, stir'em in with cold grits, season, make into patties, and brown'em in a skillet. Make you slap somebody.:) :)
