Anyone ever use one of the oiless fryers for doing a turkey? If so was it one of the propane or electric models? I've heard good things about them and am thinking about getting rid of the big oil mess for the turkey this year. In the past I've re-used the leftover oil for fish frys but have never used more than a 1/2 gallon of the leftover 3 gallons. What a waste and that peanut oil is expensive. Opinions?
