But your recipe sounds very tasty.
Yeah, I was wondering the same thing... I think that's where the 12-pack of beer might have gone to. I part company real quick from anybody who will point a gun at anybody like that.
    And yeah, I'm hungry now...

Just saw the responses about the the guy pointing the gun at the camera and thought I'd better say something, I put the camera on a timed setting so we could all get in the photo so there's no one taking the photo, secondly all guns are unloaded at this point. I've hunted with these boys for 23 years and were all safety concience but you do make a good point

    Wink The only thing ...

I don't like about grilling dove ..... is there's no GRAVY ...LOL!!

That's why I fry mine in an iron skillet ... lot's of good gravy to go on them mashed taters :D Nonetheless, grilled wild game does have a certain "specialness" to it ... whether the "great outdoors" you cook them in, is the woods, a campground, a park, your backyard, or even the balcony of your apartment --- it's all good !! ........... cp

John, thanks for clearing that up! And Crappiepappy, you're right. There ain't no point in eating meat unless there's some GRAVY!!! I've had every form of gravy you can imagine, and I think venison is the best. And duck is probably the worst. But in a financial pinch, hamburger gravy on biscuts will do...

I have heard to many cases of good o' buddies hunting and consider each and everyone a very responsible hunter, but one shoots one of his best friends. Who needs friends like that???

We "those looking at picture" ASS-U-ME that any gun is LOADED.

In the hunter safety program I attended the FIRST thing that was said was Assume that all guns are loaded, Don't point any gun at anything that you don't intend to shoot.

Pictures like this give the younger generation the idea that it is OK to imitate the grownups, as they, the grown-ups, KNOW what they are doing.

I hope that you take the initative to remove the offending photo.
