I make my own salsa in season but it don't last long enough to can! LOL! It includes jalapeņo peppers, sweet onion, cilantro, minced garlic & lime juice salt & pepper and tomato's of course. it's mighty fine! In fact, I'm making a small batch today.

Just like Pepop said. I so something similar but also add a little Chipotle chilies from a can, roasted tomatillos and only use Romano tomatoes to make it. And most importantly the beer
