Last night I found a bag of crappie in the deep freeze. That was burried underneith a Quater side of beef. The date on the bag said 12-23-11. I was not sure how this would work out. So I told the Wife after I cook the first batch. If it's not up to par, I wil run to town and pick up a pizza. I have to tell you. These fish tasted just as good as any fish we have had before. No Vacume sealer. Just good ole, fill the Zip Lock with water and get the air out of it. I won't be buying a Vacume sealer after this. I just put them in the sink in cool water for about 3 hours. Thawed to perfection no mush. Andy's Cajun and, 5 people polished off 30 fillet's. Life is good.
