I use fresh peppers--- leave the seeds too ---- just fry it up a little to make the oil happy.... then add the popcorn... i leave the peppers in the corn..Those Jalapeno come in many sizes... I like one thats about 2 inches long... I have made it to hot but i just drank a couble extra beers Enjoy
