I did end-up trying it. Pan fried the fish coated with Louisiana Fish Seasoning, then let 'em swim in some Louisiana Hot Wing Sauce. I wouldn't eat 'em that way every time, but was a nice change of pace, and will fix 'em like that again.![]()
