What the best way to cook crappie filet's in the oven?Thank's in advance.

These have become two of my family's favorite baked crappie recipe. Sometimes I'll just use butter an play around with different things. Parsley, thyme, rosemary are just a few things you can add to add some more flavor. I like crappie fillets from fish in the 10-11" range. I would rather eat a smaller fish than a larger fish. Those are just my taste buds, though.

Dip fillets in melted butter, sprinkle with blackened seasoning, place in oven bake for about 10-15 min. Depending on size of fillets
