I know you guys catch the ocassional bass or two out there crappie fishing. Try this instead of just tossing em back in next time.

Take 2 table spoon of butter, 2 table spoons minced garlic, and 1 table spoon of Cerole seasoning in skillet over medium heat for two minutes after the butter melts. Then add 1 cup of apple juice heat for a couple of more minutes and then cook the fish till it starts to flake. Drizzle some sauce over the fish and enjoy. You can use just about any cajun seasoning and can add red pepper add some heat if you like. This reciepe works great for bass, walleye and salmon. Crappie falls apart though.
