I tried cooking them on Ceader Planks a couple of times since reading these post. I really liked it and it was fun to do. Sent pics to all my buds and they were intrigued. Kind of a novelty way to cook, but makes these BAMA crappie go down goooood! Dont forget the cajun seasoning.
