Crappie fillets sprinkled with ground red pepper rolled in meal mixture . These fried with the ground red pepper on them are good , just don't stump your toe while adding it ! It makes them little spicy, but good. Anyone eating as many crappie as we do look for changes in the recipie.:D I'll have to try the jalapeno recipie for sure.
I bake a lot of Crappie with lemon ,butter ,and seasonings ( salt, pepper, garlic, or whatever ) . Maybe we need to publish a Crappie Cook Book for the Forum ?
