Lol... believe it or not, back many years ago the Ar G&F gave this same recipe in one of their quarterly magazines. It's been a favorite of mine ever since. Now, the other recipe given and yes, just as tasty is doing the same with drum fillets of all things. Has the taste of shrimp and the texture of lobster. And yes, it's call poor man's lobster.
