    Default jamaican jerk....crappie


    i have some jamaican jerk sauce and adobo seasoning, so will that work for crappie?

    To be true Jamaican Jerk, you need to leave all the scales,fins, and guts in!

    Buddy of mine went to Jamaica and ordered jerked pork and they brought it out with the hair/bristles still on it. *insert hurl emoticon here*

    you would expect that in a country that dosent have a USDA like us. no offense.
