I haven't tried muscadine syrup but I've tried pecan syrup and it was great. Last week end we drove to Moselle MS to Ashmore Vineyards and pick 30 pounds of them golden ones. They were at their ripest and tasted like wine. I put them up in the freezer and will take some out as needed.
