    Older models = HiTek VT (vertical trollers)
    Newer Models = HiTek LL (long liners)

    or

    Older models = HiTek Strollers
    Newer models = HiTek Grippers
    I got 350 heads on a 305 engine.

    Beacuse I would not have the new style for spider rigging out the front. It does not allow you the ability to set the hook to the side like the original holder does and this can mean the difference in a hooked fish and a missed fish at times. I only use the new style pulling cranks on the back of the boat. I still use the original on the front for pulling cranks and jigs.
