And if there are donations, maybe I keep a thread open for those that donate, and they can place pictures of the additional prizes there.

I'm thinking I handle donations by letting the donation provider post their prize. But I would also qualify each and every one of those with a statement that says, these are not guaranteed prizes. I will have to receive them, and then send them out together with the final package of prizes. And any donations that do not come in time, will simply go to the next tournament. In other words, donations are out of my hands, and I can not guarantee them. And as far as the donators go, I don't want to have to hold them to anything, stuff happens all the time. I want a nice low expectations tournament, that delivers high rewards, to happy participants. Well, when all is said and done, since their is no entry fee, everyone should be happy no matter what. But you know what I mean, lets have a fun and honorable tournament.

We should also put in the rules that you can only win once per year. You can enter as often as you like, but you can only win one prize pack.
